Darren and I (Cyrill) spent years working for different solar companies, where we built successful sales organizations, created amazing cultures and even set company records—records that stood the test of time. But over those years, we realized something was missing.

We didn’t just want to succeed; we wanted to align our work with values that mattered to us: honesty, service, and doing the right thing—even when it’s hard. So, rather than disrupt the businesses of our previous partners, we chose the path less travelled, ensured smooth transitions of leadership, and set out to build something from scratch.
